BERA: Owners of business and residential premises in the state who have failed to clean up mosquito breeding grounds within their property are set to face legal action.
Pahang Health director Datuk Dr Zainal Ariffin Omar said health enforcement authorities would not hesitate to refer the cases to the deputy public prosecutor if any individual refused to comply with the notice under Section 8 of the Destruction of Disease Bearing Insects Act 1975.
