ARMED with umbrellas and raincoats, some 22,000 walkers braved the rain to complete the 7km non-competition walk during the 39th edition of the Penang Starwalk 2016.
Yang di-Pertua Negri Tun Abdul Rahman Abbas flagged off the walk at 7am at Penang Times Square in George Town.
