Rescued pups need homes

ONE of canine welfare project Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better’s (MDDB) coordinators, Irene Low, was parking her car behind a row of shophouses in Jalan Ipoh when she stumbled upon 14 puppies drenched in rainwater.

The mother was nowhere to be seen and the puppies were all thin and emaciated.
