MIRI: A reminder from Miri City Council asking the public to keep cleaner surroundings has been misinterpreted as an outbreak alert.
Miri mayor Adam Yii told reporters here that he did not send messages in social media about a dengue outbreak in Miri Riverfront and Yi Ha Hai Restaurant.
