Assisted by Lions first vice district governor of 308 B2 Douglas Oh Aik Kim, the respective Leo Club presidents of GT Mutiara and SMJK Sacred Heart, Tan Hui Ming and Heng Hui Yi, took their oaths witnessed by hundreds of other members and invited guests.
