WORK on a new multi-purpose hall in Kampung Baru Jerlun in Kuala Kangsar is expected to start by end of the year, State Executive Councillor Datuk Dr Mah Hang Soon said.
Dr Mah added it would probably take about two years for the RM700,000 hall on a 4,900sq ft site to be completed.
