Traffic lights better option, say residents

Motorists exiting the Section 10 residential area via Jalan 10/1 into Jalan Gasing find it difficult to turn left or even cross over to the other half of Jalan Gasing as vehicles on the main road do not give way.

SECTION 10 Residents Association (S10RA) wants Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ) to install traffic lights at the busiest crossing in Jalan Gasing, just after the Glad Tidings Church, to ease traffic exiting the Section 10 neighbourhood from Jalan 10/1.

S10RA president Ronald Danker said residents and even parents of students at the Catholic High School were in support of traffic lights being installed at this spot to ease the crossing of vehicles from Jalan 10/1 during peak hours.
