THE Board of Directors of Heng Ee schools is still short of RM27mil for the construction of its RM53mil SMJK Heng Ee Bayan Baru branch.
Its chairman Datuk Alex Ooi said the money was needed for the third and fourth phases of the construction of the school in Jalan Sungai Tiram 1, Bayan Lepas.
