UNIVERSITI Sains Malaysia (USM) and Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK) have committed to working together in academics, research and sharing of resources after signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).
USM vice-chancellor Prof Datuk Dr Omar Osman said the MoU will enable the universities to identify their respective strong points and push for higher achievements.
