N. GANESVARAN was growing doubtful of his capability to fork out more money for the treatment of his four-year-old daughter, who suffers from a congenital heart disease.

The 40-year-old tour operator from Tasek in Ipoh had almost given up two years ago after spending more than RM10,000 on Pavishinaa’s treatment in private hospitals, both in Ipoh and Penang, since she was born in 2012.
