No corruption involved in low-cost housing projects, says Rusnah

THE PRICE of RM35,000 for low-cost homes under the People's Housing Programme (PPR) is meant to help the poor to own homes and there are no elements of corruption in the initiative.

Perak Local Government Committee Chairman Datuk Rusnah Kassim said the government is subsidising a large chunk of the costs so that people can own their own homes.
