FOUR months ago, 27-year-old Sabahan Eddy Jay Jaimin’s consistency in pouring and serving the perfect pint of beer conferred him the title “Heineken World’s Best Bartender”.

The bar head for all The Beer Factory Express outlets beat 15 other countries during the Heineken Global Bartender Final, an annual bartending competition that unites top performing bartenders around the world in Amsterdam.
