SIBU: Disabled children stand to benefit a lot from participating in sports if they are given opportunity to take part in the activity, said Dudong assemblyman Datuk Tiong Thai King.

Speaking at the Special Olympics Sarawak, Sibu Chapter’s Sports Day opening ceremony on Saturday, he said said it was unfortunate that special athletes were too often denied the chance to participate in sports.
