MPAJ to penalise business owners who throw rubbish beyond the limit

BUSINESS owners, who dispose of more than their share of rubbish, will be penalised by the Ampang Jaya Municipal Council (MPAJ) beginning September.

Council president Abdul Hamid Abdul Hussain said many businesses were found to be generating abnormally high quantities of rubbish, more than the cost of collecting and disposing them.
