Errant traders to face the music


ALOR GAJAH: Many traders and owners of hypermarkets are still not cooperating with the state government by providing biodegradable bags to their customers in order to protect the environment.

Malacca Housing, Local Government and Environment Committee chairman Datuk Ismail Othman said the government had given them too long a time to implement the move, hence stern action should now be taken against the errant ones as it was their responsibility.
