Appeal to lower toll

KUALA TERENGGANU: Taking into consideration the public’s views, the state government will appeal to PLUS Malaysia Berhad for lower East Coast Expressway (LPT2) toll rates, said Mentri Besar Ahmad Razif Abd Rahman.

Ahmad Razif said the the appeal will be made soon for PLUS to lower its rates, 12 sen per km, along its 184-kilometre highway, until all infrastructure and services were in place.
