KOTA KINABALU: A joint exercise between the Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA) and the Japan Coast Guard (JCG) can further enhance the cooperation between both countries.

MMEA Enforcement and Exercises branch director Maritime First Admiral Datuk Mohd Taha Ibrahim said through the one-day exercise, both parties would strengthen their capabilities in meeting maritime waters.
