Volunteers fear for the welfare of the dogs under the care of ISPCA

A NON-governmental organisation is claiming the Ipoh Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ISPCA) is limiting the NGO’s access to the shelter’s compound.

Noah’s Ark Ipoh (NAI) president Malika Ramiah Oates said two brick walls were erected by ISPCA recently which limits the view of the cattery, following complaints about the lack of care for dogs.
