Felling of trees causes a stir in the capital

OF LATE, trees in Kuala Lumpur have been felled or pollarded without notice by the authorities, leaving the public alarmed, especially those who want to save the trees.

The public wants the authorities, namely Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL), to put up notices of tree felling or pruning activities so that they would be in the know.
