A TOTAL of 1,113 traffic summonses were handed to road users disobeying traffic rules in Kedah, Penang and Perak over the past 11 days, said Bukit Aman Police Traffic Enforcement and Investigation Department (northern region) chief Supt Adnan Ahmad Basri.
