VERY few complaints were received on price hikes for meats and vegetables sold at the wholesale market in Seri Kembangan, Selangor, during the Hari Raya period, said the Domestic Trade, Cooperatives and Consumerism Ministry.
Its secretary-general Datuk Seri Jamil Salleh said the ministry had kept tabs on 72 daily consumed items such as chicken, fish and vegetables and found the prices fair.
