Train passengers receive goodie bags from PTPTN

KTM passengers in Penang were pleasantly surprised when officers and staff members from the National Higher Education Fund Corporation (PTPTN) presented them with goodie bags at the Butterworth railway station in conjunction with Hari Raya.

PTPTN regional manager Ahmad Dasuki Abdul Majid some 500 bags each containing a T-shirt, dates, a bottle of mineral water and brochures on student loans were given away recently.

“The event was held to strengthen the corporation’s ties with the public and also create awareness on the benefits ofsaving for education.”

He added that PTPTN has five branches in Bukit Mertajam, Butterworth, Nibong Tebal, Bayan Baru and George Town which are open on weekdays from 8.30am to 4.30pm.

“The public can visit us to check out the latest PTPTN products information.
