ALLEGED irregularities over proper voting procedures during the setting up of the new Pandan Safari Shopping Complex joint management committee (JMC) last month has unit owners questioning the body’s legality.
Pandan Safari Unit Owners association committee member Amy Seok said an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on June 20, organised by Ampang Jaya Municipal Council Commissioner of Building (MPAJ-COB), was held to form the new JMC.
