SIBU: Former Sibu Rural District Council deputy chairman Clarence Ting could be the next man to helm Sibu Municipal Council (SMC).
A report on the Sarawak Update Facebook page indicates that Ting is the chairman while a councillor of SMC, Sempurai Petrus Ngelai, had been appointed as the new chairman of Sibu Rural District Council.
