GRASS cutter Nasir Khan Mohd Yusof, 54, shed tears of joy when Nasmir Holding (P.P.) Sdn Bhd’s managing director Datuk Kadhar Shah Abdul Razak paid him and his three siblings a surprise visit at the Taman Pantai Bersih flat in Bagan Ajam, Butterworth.
