A developer, which had plans to build a nine-block apartment building in Taman Tun Dr. Ismail, Kuala Lumpur, has had a change of heart, and will instead build mixed commercial units and affordable housing.
Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) said in a statement that they received the application but it was still pending consideration under Rule 5 of the Federal Territory Planning Act 1982.
