Federal Court decided many landmark cases without a judge from Sarawak

KUCHING: A senior lawyer has expressed concern that there are no Sarawakian judges in the Federal Court.

Tan Kee Heng said this was a matter of importance because some areas of law in Sarawak, notably land law, were different from the laws applicable in peninsular Malaysia.
