WHEN her son-in-law died in a road accident on the way back from work in 2003, Che Mee Sa Abdul Rahman had no idea that she was entitled to receive allowances from the Social Security Organisation, until April this year.

The 80-year-old mother of five from Teluk Intan, was found eligible to receive the allowances under Socso’s Dependant’s Benefit.
