Painting portraits for a good cause

A COUPLE spent two years staying up until the wee hours of the morning painting portraits of their friends in exchange for donations.

Datuk Alex Chai, 60, and his wife Datin Alice Chai, 61, painted 500 portraits and raised RM1.5mil in total.
