YOUTHS and adults are invited to an upcoming “Wo Men Yue Hui Ba” (dating) event by the Penang Chinese Clan Council on July 31.
Held for the first time in Malaysia, the event is a sit-down session for youths to share ideas on ways to improve the clan in general.
