IMAGINE waking up to the soaring peaks of verdant hills, taking in the tranquillity of a crystal clear lake, and inviting nature into your homes.
All this, and more are yours to cherish at Clearwater Bay Resort - Collection 2, a township of one of the most scenic locations in Bandar Lahat Mines in Ipoh.
Sunrise Palace Sdn Bhd, the developer behind the project, is offering a new project of double-storey bungalows, as well as double-storey semi-detached houses.
The project site features a lake and plenty of greenery as well as views of Ipoh’s iconic hills as a backdrop.
The development, a 24-hour gated and guarded community, comprises 11 units of double-storey bungalows located close to the banks of a re-purposed mining pool. A little further from the lake are 22 double storey semi-detached houses.
The bungalow units with built-up areas of 3,181sq ft offer five bedrooms, one utility room, and six bathrooms, while the semi-detached houses of 2,562sq ft have four bedrooms and four bathrooms.
Another attractive feature of the development is its 2.5km-long jogging track that sits at the waterfront.
There will also be a 7,000sq ft common garden for the inner ring residents of Clearwater Resort Bay.
The project is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2018.
Company general manager Eunice Foo said the concept the project is a little different, compared to other housing projects.
She said for both the projects, with the use of a little creativity, the living area as well as the master bedrooms face the lake.
“Buyers who purchase such units, will feel as if they were coming back to a resort, and the hills affords good feng shui, while the water represents wealth.
“The location is also strategic, despite it being in the outskirts of Ipoh, it is not far from the North-South Expressway, Ipoh city centre, and is a five-minute drive to the Aeon Station 18, Tesco and Aeon Big Falim shopping complexes,” she said during the launch of the project on Sunday.
During the launch of the project, guests were entertained by a three-piece Jazz band, and a magician, as well as finger food.
Present were company directors Datuk Ooi Boon Hui, Datuk Koh Be Yang, and Lee Yau Sing.
The selling price of the bungalow units are RM798,880, while the semi-detached units are priced at RM548,880.
Foo said, for a month until July 12, early birds will get a RM60,000 rebate if they book the bungalow units, while a RM50,000 rebate will be offered for those interested in the semi-detached units.
