THE NEWLY opened elevated interchange at KM181.4 of the North-South Expressway in Alor Pongsu will complement the state government’s plans to turn nearby Lembah Beriah into an agricultural hub.
Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Dr Zambry Abd Kadir said locals had been looking forward to the eight-lane interchange, which opened to motorists on Tuesday night, in hopes it would help spur local development.
