A GRANDMOTHER and her grand-daughter both won prizes in a bak chang (glutinous rice dumplings) contest at the Penang Chinese Town Hall (PCTH).
Housewife Ong Ean Ean, 67, and Woo Kai Xin, 12, won the Traditional and Youngster categories respectively in the bak chang making and wrapping challenge organised by the PCTH’s Wanita wing.
