JOHOR BARU: Motorists with foreign number plates are still in the dark over the Vehicle Entry Permit (VEP) implementation at entry points into Malaysia from Singapore.
Aircraft engineer Razli Razali, 33, said he found out about the VEP from his friends a few months ago but hasn’t registered his car yet as he needs to provide a lot of information.
