KUALA Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) has denied carrying out an operation which allegedly involved picking up the homeless within the city centre and dropping them off at various distant locations.
Deputy Federal Territories Minister Datuk Dr Loga Bala Mohan said there was a misunderstanding as the operation was carried out by the National Anti-Drugs Agency (AADK) and not DBKL.
