DISABILITIES have not deterred two visually impaired students from obtaining their Diplomas in Business Information Technology during the 25th Disted College Penang graduation ceremony.
Lee Yong Pin, 26, and Toh Chin Yuan, 21, both from St Nicholas Home for the Blind, said concentration and determination were their secrets of success.
