KUCHING: Sarawak Energy Bhd (SEB) says the extra costs of building Murum hydroelectric dam, which came under some criticism in the Auditor-General's Report, was planned for and expected.
“The nature of hydropower development is such that there will always be some costs that cannot be accurately priced at the beginning of the project construction,” SEB said in a press release.
