KUALA Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) and two other parties have joined forces to address anti-social behaviours among strata communities and teach residents their rights under the new Strata Management Act.
Federal Territories Minister Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor said many issues plaguing strata residents came from how the residents treated each other and their neighbourhoods.
