Kuching North City Hall (DBKU) mayor Datuk Abang Abdul Wahap Abang Julai has apologised for the recent flash floods that hit the state capital on Thursday.
“I’m very sorry. People around Padang Merdeka, Sarawak General Hospital and Bahruddin area were caught in floods,” Abdul Wahap told reporters here yesterday.
