IN A move to boost English learning among students, Leong San Tong Khoo Kongsi has stepped forward to sponsor RM5,000 to four vernacular schools in Penang under The Star’s Newspaper in Education (NiE) Step Up initiative.
The combo package under the sponsorship consists of the Kuntum monthly magazine, The Star NiE Step Up pullout, The Star newspaper and the “First Aid in Spelling” from February until November.
