SELAYANG Municipal Council (MPS) will hold cycling events in three villages in Batu Caves by December.
Zone 7 councillor Mazura Mokhtar said the three villages would comprise Kampung Sungai Kertas, Kampung Laksmana and Kampung Sungai Tua.
