Its chief excutive officer Dr D. Sabapathy said they could not rely solely on fundingsfrom their chairman Tan Sri Mustapha Kamal Abu Bakar, who had contributed almost 99% of the centre’s expenditure amounting to RM7.1mil since 2008.
