SIBU: An independent candidate for Bawang Assan seat is worried of being disqualified to contest if a magistrate court finds him guilty of a charge under the Communication and Multi-media Act.
The court would make its ruling tomorrow whether to ask Yeu Bang Keng to call for his defence.
