THE IPOH Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ISPCA) has built 58 new dog pens as part of its plan to do away with cages at its shelter in Jalan Gopeng.

ISPCA president Ricky Soong said the pens, each measuring 1.2m by 2.4m, allows more space for the dogs to move about and be comfortable.
