SEVERAL business operators have voiced their disapproval about Seberang Prai Municipal Council (MPSP)’s new regulation requiring six types of business operators to rent two parking lots outside their premises.
Some found the price to rent the lots too high, while others felt it was not necessary as their business did not need the lots.
