Dragon boat event postponed due to drying reservoir

THE 37th Penang International Dragon Boat Festival (PIDBF) 2016 will be postponed to December because of the low water level at the Teluk Bahang Dam.

Dragon boat teams gearing up for the annual event were informed that the festival, which is scheduled to kickstart on May 28 and 29, will now be held on Dec 10 and 11.
