JOHOR BARU: Malaysians working in Singapore want the authorities to come up with a more systematic approach when conducting spot-checks and operations at the Causeway here.

Technician N. Jagathisan, 53, who has been working in the island republic for the past 30 years, was irked as he had to endure an hour’s delay at the Bangunan Sultan Iskandar Customs, Immigration and Quarantine complex here last Thursday.
