JOHOR BARU: Odd job labourer Othman Joned and his family had to stay in a small dilapidated house belonging to a foreigner after their house was destroyed in a fire in Ulu Tiram three years ago.
He said that the fire was believed to have started due to a candle that was lit in one of the rooms.
