UNIVERSITI Tunku Abdul Rahman (Utar) recently launched a gallery to exhibit its historic moments, achievements and progress over the past 13 years.
Known as the “Utar Gallery” the exhibition was launched at the university’s Kampar campus Heritage Hall.
