DID you know that the diamond is the birthstone for April?

Habib Jewels Sdn Bhd is making sure that this precious stone is being celebrated this month.

The month-long Habib Diamond Fest 2016 which started on April 1, aims to inspire people to create their very own fairy tale by showcasing a comprehensive selection of its latest diamond jewellery collections with attractive promotions.

The annual campaign provides a platform for people to appreciate and learn how to make informed decisions when buying diamonds.

The event will culminate in a grand finale, which will take place from April 29 to May 2 at 13 Habib outlets.

Habib Jewels Sdn Bhd Marketing and PR Communication manager Yasheedah Yashaiya said there would be many exciting offers at the coming Habib Diamond Fest Grand Finale 2016.

“We want to show our appreciation to our loyal customers who have been supporting Habib Jewels. A wide range of collections are offered at the fest as well as the grand finale,” said Yasheedah.

The grand finale will be offering discounts of up to 70% for diamonds, and up to RM20 per gram for gold.

“Spend RM3,000 and above on diamond and gemstone jewellery, and you will receive an Ice Elegant watch worth RM699.

“Plus, our customers can enjoy special prices on the ‘Hearts on Fire’ diamonds collection, which is the ‘world’s most perfectly-cut diamond,’” she added.

According to Yasheedah, the popular collection is also worn by celebrities on Hollywood’s red carpet events.

The “Hearts on Fire” diamonds, which originated from Boston, can be found exclusively at Habib.

Yasheedah revealed that this was the first time Habib was having over 3,000 diamond wedding rings.

“We are seeing an increase in diamond ring purchases for weddings. In the past, people felt they could not afford a diamond ring for their wedding.

“However, over the years, we have made our rings more affordable, starting from RM350,” she said.

Customers can also look forward to a preview of Habib’s 2016 Raya collection at the four-day event.

Yasheedah said the Raya collection features interesting designs like spiral bangles, brooches, rings, earrings and long chains.

In addition, Habib will also be showcasing the rare fancy yellow diamond rings.

The first 100 customers to be at the grand finale can purchase a gold pendant, which comes in either KLCC or hibiscus designs, at RM98.

Because the glittering affair will be held at only 13 showrooms across the country, Habib will be customising the gold pendants’ design according to each state’s iconic building or representation.

The outlets are Ampang Point, Ampang Jaya; Plaza Angsana, Johor Baru; Central Square, Sungai Petani; The Spring, Kuching; Mydin Mall, Kuala Terengganu; Gurney Plaza, Penang; Mydin Mall, Ayer Keroh; Suria Sabah Shopping Mall, Sabah; Kota Baru Mall, Kelantan; Mydin Hypermarket, Seremban; East Coast Mall, Kuantan; Aman Central Mall, Alor Setar, and Mydin Mall Meru Raya, Ipoh.

This year’s Diamond Fest grand finale is expected to draw a total of 50,000 visitors over the four days.

“We want to thank all Malaysians for their support and hope the loyalty and support will grow further,” concluded Yasheedah.
